Since 2009, the WOD – Research information and analytical service has been established and is operating with the aim of regularly conducting analytical studies in the field of sustainable development of the world ‘s states and territorial entities of the countries. Comparison of the indicators of the Territorial entities of the countries revealed the absence of a unified system of statistical recording of the target indicators for the development of the Territorial entities of the countries. The main indicators of the Territorial entities of the countries are not systematized into a single international statistical reporting.
This project became the basis for the creation of the following Global Initiative Tools:

1. Artificial Intelligence for the Development of Territorial Entities;

2. The Statistical Committee;

3. United Nations Program for Territorial Entities.

Analytical Study: Best Country Practices for Business Environment Improvement on the Basis of Changes in the Indicators of the World Bank Doing Business Ranking for 2010-2015
ECONOMIC
The annual ranking of the World Bank is a reputable international research aimed at assessing the state regulation of the entrepreneurial activities in 189 countries worldwide. The project is focused on providing the information on the activities of national small and medium enterprises and evaluating the regulations governing their activities during the entire life cycle. The WOD Analytic Department, relying on the data obtained by the World Bank experts, has carried out its own research to determine the states succeeded in developing the business environment during the period from 2010 through 2015 among 189 countries involved in the ranking and identify the most significant factors affecting certain changes. Thus, the WOD Analytic Department, based on the Doing Business research, has formed its own ranking ranging the countries by rate of the changes in the state regulatory arrangements by key indicators used by the World Bank in its assessments.

Paying Capacity of the CIS Countries 3Q 2015

In the circumstances where the political risks are high, situation at the borders of the Commonwealth of Independent States member countries has escalated, and the cost of capital for the Commonwealth countries’ economies has increased, the sustainability of financial system and the ability to pay the debts turn out to be the key factors of political stability within the CIS. The Analytical Department of the WOD has performed a multi-criteria analysis of the paying capacity of member states of the CIS in the retrospective. The research is based on the official statistical data on regulators of the Commonwealth countries and estimate indicators of the debt load and the debt service including “the External Debt to the GDP”, “the Volume of the Gold and Foreign Exchange Reserves to the External Debt”, and “the Expenses for External Debt Service to the Volume of Export of Goods and Services” ratios obtained by analysts of the WOD.
